Cancellation & Return Policy
Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, a2zelectronic.com will accept qualified and conforming products for return, exchange or refund within 15 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for return, exchange, or refund, all products require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which is valid for 10 days from the date of issue.
To obtain an RMA Number, please contact us. All items being returned, exchanged, or refunded must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer.
All packing materials, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer's original packaging.
All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at a2zelectronic.com's sole discretion. All returns will have to be freight paid.
Image color Vs actual object color may vary due to imaging technicals which would not be considered as a reason for rejection and return.
Rebates and UPC codes
Products offering mail-in-rebates are non-returnable to a2zelectronic.com once the rebates have been filed.
Be sure that the product is working and that you intend to keep the product before filing for rebates.
Products missing product codes are NOT returnable and will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at a2zelectronic.com's sole discretion.
Special or Bulk Orders
All special orders or bulk orders with discounted pricing are not returnable.
Non-qualified returns and Restocking charges. Non-qualified and non-conforming returns will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% at a2zelectronic.com's sole discretion.
All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met.
Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return.
If a non-conforming product is accepted for return, a2zelectronic.com reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% at a2zelectronic.com's sole discretion.
Return processing may take up to 15 business days from the time your product is received.
Products must be in the original manufacturer's packaging, and shipped securely.
Products must be complete with any standard certification labels (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) originally placed and not tampered with.
Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice (a2zelectronic.com maintains serial number tracking).
Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals. Products so labeled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number
Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number. Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, you may request an RMA number within 15 days of the original purchase date.
RMA numbers expire after 10 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. Any return we receive without a valid RMA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking charge at a2zelectronic.com's sole discretion.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation.
a2zelectronic.com shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable.
At our discretion, a2zelectronic.com may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products within India only.
Customer may only cancel an order for standard Products scheduled for shipment by a2zelectronic.com within 24 hrs after a2zelectronic.com receives the confirmation of the transaction. cancellation charges will be applicable to the tune of 10% of the transaction value.
Customer may only reschedule an order if accepted by a2zelectronic.com in its sole discretion.
Orders may not be cancelled or rescheduled after delivery by a2zelectronic.com to the carrier. Customer may not cancel orders for non-standard Products. Non-standard Products include, without limitation, Products which are special orders, products which do not appear in the catalog, products not customarily in stock, value-added products, products to be assembled from kit form, opened software, and products identified as otherwise non-cancelable and non-returnable ("NCNR").
Customer is deemed to have accepted the Products unless written notice of rejection is received by a2zelectronic.com within three days after delivery.
The following provisions apply to the return of Products to a2zelectronic.com (except where Section 6 applies):
- a2zelectronic.com will advise Customer at the time of order placement whether any Product ordered is NCNR. NCNR Product may not be returned. Returns are limited to the previous year's volume of purchases of any given Product.
- a2zelectronic.com will accept Product returns only within 3 days of the date of delivery to Customer.
- c.Authorization must be obtained from a2zelectronic.com prior to returning any Product by submitting a return material authorization (RMA) request to the Customer Returns desk. Please allow 24 hours for each request to be processed.
- If approved, a2zelectronic.com will issue Customer an RMA number. No return of Product will be accepted without a clearly visible RMA number marked on each carton.
- Return freight charges must be prepaid by Customer.
- Returned Product must be in original shipping cartons with all packaging materials included.
- Product must be in re-sellable condition. Customer will be advised of disposition or credit (whichever applies) after inspection of Product.
- Product returned due to Customer error may be subject to restocking fee.
- a2zelectronic.com will not be responsible for returned Product lost in transit.
We initiate the replacement or refund within 2 working days of receiving the product at our center. For refunds it takes upto 2 weeks for the amount to get credited in your account after we have initiated the refund.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the products you are returning were shipped to you for free because the entire purchase qualified for free shipping, and removing the returned items from you purchase no longer qualifies that purchase for free shipping, a Rs.300.00 fee will be assessed. In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and will be returned to you.
If a2zelectronic.com, at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed, and if the item was originally shipped to you for free, an additional Rs.300 will be assessed.
